Back to school resource guide

Happy back to school to everyone!

Around here, we are thankful for a good summer and also ready for some routine and rhythm! Whether your kids are in preschool or high school, the transition from summer can affect everyone. Below you will find a variety of resources and tools to help you and your family navigate these first few weeks!

Article: Nerves can run high as school starts back. Check out these useful tips on Helping Kids Conquer Back to School Jitters on Simplify Atlanta's blog.

Practical Tip: Overwhelmed with all the important papers coming home right now? While these notebooks are marketed for being reusable, the real magic is the QR code that makes it easy to scan, save, and send documents! Place the doc you need on top of the page (you may need to trim slightly), and scan with the app. Then send to your google drive to have everything organized and ready whenever you need it. Find one here and look for a how-to video coming to instagram soon!

Podcast:Shining with ADHD. This podcast is a terrific resource for parents of kiddos who have ADHD, but it also has some terrific tips all kids and parents can benefit from trying. Most episodes are around 30 minutes making it a pretty quick listen. Here's alink to a recent episode on expectations.

Instagram: If you enjoy following along on Simplify Parenting, you may also enjoy the practical and guilt-free tips on Kids Eat in Color (including plenty of great lunchbox friendly ideas).
