In our first session together, we’ll get to know more about you and your goals for counseling. Each one of our consolers approaches your session differently. Intake paperwork that you complete in the client portal, is the first step in getting to know you and your story. This is the foundation for the first session and we can build from there.

Yes, we use a HIPPAA compliant platform so our sessions are secure. Sessions online last the same amount of time as in person, so the fee is the same.

Depending on your needs, schedule, and finances, we typically meet weekly or every other week initially. We often suggest books and other resources between sessions to maximize growth during the time outside of therapy.
Ultimately, we are doing a good job when we are out of a job, so our goal is to help clients address needs, meet goals, and move forward.

Appointments that are not canceled before the 24-hour business day mark will incur the full session fee, except for in the case of extreme emergencies which can be discussed with your counselor.

While insurance is not accepted for counseling or coaching services, invoices are offered for individuals to submit to their insurance providers.
