Brittney Lee

Associate Counselor

“Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations. The best is yet to come.” - Zig Ziglar

My Story Hello! I'm Brittney Lee, and my journey into counseling began with a deep-seated passion for connecting with people and assisting them in navigating their thoughts and emotions. Driven by a desire to excel, I pursued success in every facet of my life, yet found myself caught in a relentless pursuit of perfection. Through my own growth, I’ve learned the pitfalls of people-pleasing and the value of self-worth beyond mere accomplishments. This process has become a calling where I desire to help highly driven professionals learn how to work out of freedom instead of fear, so they can experience success in all aspects of life.

How I work For busy professionals, time is the most valuable (and often limited) commodity, which is why I use a structured, strengths-based approach to identify key issues and curate a personalized plan for your growth. In our sessions, through an empathetic yet direct approach, I help you focus on identifying and moving toward your goals in every session. Between sessions, I offer specific tasks to help you continue growing outside of our meetings. Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), the most studied and proven method for managing anxiety and related issues, I help you see the results you desire and live a purpose-driven life.

About Brittney Outside of counseling, I love to spend time with my family, friends, and my church community. I enjoy dinner parties, music shows, and outdoor activities. Traveling is a passion of mine, and I'm always eager to explore new places. Prioritizing self-care is important to me, ensuring I return to the counseling office refreshed and ready to support my clients.
